How do you ensure cheese remains fresh during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain optimal temperatures. During warmer months, we may adjust shipping schedules to ensure your cheese and sausage arrive in peak condition.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Because our products are perishable, we require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure timely receipt. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we do offer shipping to most residential and business addresses.
How long will my cheese and sausage stay fresh after delivery?
Most of our hard cheeses and smoked sausages have a shelf life of several months when kept refrigerated in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 1-2 weeks for best flavor.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom gift message which we will print on the packing slip at no additional charge.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
